 Come by for The Libertarian Party of Dane County Social Hour! The business meeting starts at 6 pm, social at 7 pm.

Business hour starts at 6pm, followed by social hour at 7pm.

For more information, you can visit the Facebook Event page at: https://www.facebook.com/events/1967504470237747/ We are excited to announce that LP will be working with the Federalist Society, Young Americans for Liberty, and BATLAW to host Phumlani Majozi (South African Political Analyst), Martin Van Staden (South African legal researcher), and UW - Madison Law School's own Professor Klug, comparing and contrasting these two nations. We will cover topics such as constitutional structures, political landscapes, economic policies and personal liberties! The format will be a video discussion. We will be in the Lubar Commons (on the 7th floor in the law school - 975 Bascom Mall, Madison, WI 53706) on October 14th at 9:30 am and breakfast will be provided. Thanks to everyone for your help fighting the 999 motion to increase regulation on small breweries. If you didn't see it in the Facebook group, we received a letter from the governor assuring us there would be no such motion included in the budget. Thanks also to everyone who came out on Saturday to the meet-and-greet. It was great to see so many people supporting such a great cause. We couldn't have done it with our all of your help!
Don't forget: the July business meeting and social hour are Wednesday, July 12th at the Memorial Union Terrace. The business meeting starts at 6 pm and the social hour follow immediately after at 7 pm. Look for us in the yellow shirts with the LP Dane Porcupine!
